Youth Leadership Camps

The idea to organize summer Leadership Camps was born after our 5 successful Language Camps for disadvantaged Ukrainian kids. In fact, the emphasis on youth leadership looked like a smooth transition within the same objective - underprivileged kids to the new knowledge and perspectives. In the course of teaching English, we noticed how eager our students were to absorb new cultural values as well as their tremendous enthusiasm in adopting the best practices. These observations led us to pivoting the focus of our summer camps towards Youth Leadership taught through English.

The camps have been run in collaboration with the local non-profit organization, Kharkiv Regional Volunteer Center comprising of hundreds of volunteers that serve various groups of the local youth, for example special-need kids, orphans, refugee minors, children of war zones, kids with disabilities, low-income children, etc. If you travel with us, you'll be part of an international team of dedicated young men and women. The local volunteers will also serve as interpreters for the American guests during their daily routine.
